Please send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, Road Maps and Driving Directions will:

  • Review the notice for completeness and validity
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user who posted the content
  • Provide the user with information about the DMCA process

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction in your federal district court

Repeat Infringers

Road Maps and Driving Directions reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We maintain records of DMCA takedown notices and counter-notifications.

False Claims

Knowingly submitting a false DMCA takedown notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. Please ensure that your claims are made in good faith and based on accurate information.
